Five for Friday

  1. Will had his first haircut! His bangs were all over the place so I cut the teeniest little bits off just the front and still....wahhhhh my baby time please stop. Beck took this picture for us, it was a lot of arms and bodies super close together. He wasn't super into it, it's not super even, it's cool.
  2. How's your coffee-to-water-to-alcohol daily schedule going? The lovely people at Amora Coffee sent us some of theirs to try and we've loved it! It came just in time for Mother's Day and we've actually loved all of the flavors we've tried so far. They're doing a fun stay at home sale right now, too!
  3. I haven't made a baked pasta dish in awhile, and am thinking that this sausage baked ziti needs to make an appearance on our meal plan ASAP. YUM.
  4. Another house, another set of workers that kind of do things if and when they feel like it. We were supposed to start a new patio this week and, when materials weren't delivered and I followed up, the not-cheap and hightly-recommended dude was like "oh, yeah, hmm, they might be coming Monday now, lemme check." Are there any other professions where it is just a known quantity that people will 1. get to it when they get to it and 2. not communicate about it? I need a job like this, seeing clients at their assigned times is really a pain.
  5. Happy Weekend! Beck had a meltdown this morning about missing everything and "hating this new house and being stuck inside" so we are going to try to do something NEW this weekend. That doesn't cost money or take too long or put us too close to any humans, obviously. Any bright ideas? Have a great one!
