Five for Friday

  1. This morning as I was dropping Beck off at school she saw a friend through the window and FREAKED OUT with "Mama, get me out RIGHT NOW! I'll run today, I don't want a hug. I'll miss you too, but I need to go walk in with Adeline!" So she did, and the "she doesn't need me as much nor do I want her" gap grew a little bit bigger, and it was a little bit sad and a little bit funny.
  2. For your meal prep this week! Whole30 Beef Burrito Sweet Potatoes. The potatoes and beef filling can be made in advance, just heat everything back up right before you eat. These are delicious for lunches or dinners whether or not you're doing Whole30!
  3. Um. Not sure why we are still having a conversation about breastfeeding in public, but this is hilarious.
  4. We made Jessica's Kung Pao Cauliflower this week and it was suuuuuuper good. Highly recommend.
  5. Finally we have a weekend where no one is sick! We're making pizza tonight and then have lots of playtime planned, hopefully some good football snacks, and Beck is hot and heavy working on triking so I'm sure we'll be up and down the street about a million times. Have a great one!!
