I want to be eating this right now.
Instead of course I'm juggling 9,439 things with no lunch in sight, but such is Thursday when you hold multiple jobs, amirite?
Today for lunch I wish I was eating this: winter salad, walnut vinaigrette, and crostini smothered in roasted garlic.
The reason for the garlic is that maybe if I ate enough of it people would leave me alone?
Probably not. When I cooked these two dishes last time I ate them together for a lunch, and the crispy tang of the salad with the sweet earthy garlic toast was REALLY good.
So sometime soon, make these two things and eat them together and love yourself for it.
