Chocolate Covered Strawberries

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound strawberries with stems
  • 6 ounces chocolate chips or chopped baker's chocolate
  • sprinkles optional

Instructions
 

  • Melt the chocolate over a double boiler, or in the microwave for 30 seconds at a time, stirring after each 30 seconds until the chocolate is melted.
  • One at a time, dip the berries halfway into the chocolate, letting the excess drip off. Sprinkle with sprinkles if you're using them.
  • Let the berries chill in the fridge for at least 15 minutes; serve when the chocolate has hardened.
