Melt the chocolate over a double boiler, or in the microwave for 30 seconds at a time, stirring after each 30 seconds until the chocolate is melted.
One at a time, dip the berries halfway into the chocolate, letting the excess drip off. Sprinkle with sprinkles if you're using them.
Let the berries chill in the fridge for at least 15 minutes; serve when the chocolate has hardened.
