¼cupcayenne pepper sauce such as Frank'sbuffalo sauce
lemon wedgesfor serving
Instructions
Preheat an indoor or outdoor grill to high heat.
In a bowl, combine the shrimp, melted butter, and hot sauces. Stir to coat.
Spray the grill with cooking spray or brush with oil. Arrange the shrimp in one layer on the hot grill. Grill for about 2 minutes on each side for good grill marks.
When done (the shrimp will be just barely opaque; it’ll keep cooking after you take it off the grill), sprinkle with lemon juice and serve hot. Enjoy!
Notes
Use any hot sauce you like for flavor variations, and skewer small shrimp if grilling so they don't fall through the grates.I buy any size of shrimp that is on sale and cook it slightly less for small shrimp, slightly more for large shrimp.Note that some buffalo sauce brands make HOT sauce and WING sauce in the same brand. Look for hot sauce; wing sauce is delicious but usually already has butter and other spices added to it.
