Seriously Easy Hibachi Shrimp

Let's make hibachi shrimp at home! With just a few minutes and THREE ingredients, you'll be enjoying the best japanese shrimp ever!

Ingredients:

peeled, deveined shrimp soy sauce lemon wedges (or bottled lemon juice works fine!)

First:

preheat a large skillet until HOT, and add the shrimp in a single layer with a drizzle of cooking oil.

Next: 

Flip the shrimp once it's brown on one side, then immediately sprinkle with soy sauce and lemon juice.

Serve with rice, veggies (use the same method!) and homemade or storebought yumyum sauce.

YumYum Sauce: 

1/4 cup Japanese mayo 1 teaspoon sugar 1 teaspoon sriracha 2 teaspoons rice vinegar 1/4 teaspoon sesame oil

Variations and Pro Tips:  This works with fresh, or frozen shrimp, just let it thaw first. Make this gluten free by using coconut aminos or GF soy sauce.
