French Onion Soup Bites

Caramelized onions that taste like French onion soup are stuffed into frozen phyllo cups with tons of cheese. These are SO yummy and simple to make for holiday parties!

Add all the ingredients to a skillet, and let cook VERY slowly, for about an hour, until very dark in color and jammy.
