Very Easy Ranch Dip with Lots of Dill

Homemade ranch dip highlights: ~no mayo! ~dried pantry herbs! ~best ever!

INGREDIENTS: 2 cups sour cream (full fat, always!) 1 teaspoon EACH: kosher salt onion powder garlic powder dried dill dried parsley

kosher salt note: kosher salt is more coarse than table (iodized) salt or fine sea salt, and makes things less salty. if using sea salt or iodized table salt, start with 1/2 teaspoon and add more for flavor at the end.

First:

measure ingredients into a large bowl with the sour cream.

the dip is great right away but gets even better after it sits for 30 minutes or so.
