The Very Best Asparagus Casserole

Asparagus casserole is truly the best side dish for holiday season! It's perfect to make in advance and is always a huge hit with crowds.

It really, really is. Think creamy cheesy sauce, sauteed onions + butter, and crispy cracker topping. OH HECK YES.

Ingredients:

asparagus onion + garlic mayo + flour + cream cheddar cheese butter crackers

First:

Saute the onions until translucent, then add the garlic and flour (this will thicken the casserole)

Next:

Add the cream to the onion mixture to form a thickened sauce, then dump the onion sauce (YUM) over the rest of the ingredients.

Then: 

Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with the crushed Ritz crackers.

Bake: 

375F for 30 minutes or so until hot and bubbly. YUM.
