Easy Gorgonzola Sauce

For Valentine's Day or any date night at home, let's make an insanely delicious blue cheese sauce for steak night!

Recipe Instructions:

Start by whisking salt, pepper, and grated garlic into heavy cream.

Reduce the cream by about 1/3, whisking as you go. This will take 5 minutes or so.

Then:

Whisk in blue cheese or gorgonzola crumbles until very smooth. This sauce is SO GOOD OMG CAN'T EVEN.

Drizzle the gorgonzola sauce over sliced steak or your favorite protein.

Notes and Pro Tips:  This sauce takes nearly the same time as it takes a steak to rest. Cook the steak FIRST, then make the sauce while it rests. Gorgonzola and blue cheese can be used interchangeably; use your favorite!
