Yummy Apple Crisp (without oats!)
The most delicious healthy fall dessert! Jammy apple filling, crunchy strudel topping with some superfood additions for crunch and texture. YUM.

combine apples, lemon juice, cornstarch, sugar, and cinnamon in a large bowl.
melted butter, flour, sugar, baking powder, pecans, hemp hearts, flax seedsl
filling first, then the topping. Use your fingers to scatter clumps of topping around if needed.
this entire dish can be made in advance, then baked right before eating! 45 minutes in the oven at 350F is all it needs.
this is SO good. Warm, room temperature, or cold from the fridge - it all works!
