Red Wine Vinaigrette

Ingredients
  

  • 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • ½ teaspoon herbes de provence
  • ¼ teaspoon each salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a jar, cover tightly, and shake. Or, mix the ingredients in a bowl using a wire whisk.
  • Taste the dressing, and add more salt if needed. If dressing is too acidic, add a splash of water or a pinch of sugar.
  • Serve with salad as desired. Enjoy!
