dashes worcestershire sauce

whole peeled garlic clove

chunk onion
about 1 inch piece

mayo

cup
sour cream

drops hot sauce

tablespoon
capers
salt and pepper
to taste
Instructions
combine all ingredients in a small food processor or blender and combine until smooth, or chop everything very finely with a knife and stir together.
Taste, and add salt and pepper (or more of whatever) to your taste.
Serve with your favorite seafood dinner!
