Guys. 

I'm still reeling over all this fun yummy healthy vegetarian-ish cookout food.

I'm also reeling over the fact that it's SO FREAKING NICE outside, and so perfect for lighter fun food. 

In case you missed it, I'm talking about these lovely portobello burgers and this fun yummy quinoa flavored like a dang cheeseburger. 

So good!

I'd definitely recommend serving the quinoa with the burger if you want a whole meal.

OR OR OR, if you're into the low-carb thing, you could put the quinoa ON the portobello and skip the bun.

Serve with quinoa as a dish

YES!! Do that.  So stinking cute. 

No matter how you serve 'em, these two dishes are really simple and delicious.  Try them if you get a free minute this weekend!

Don't forget beer.  Beer is an important health component to this meal.
