DRY RUB FOR HAM

for Easter or anytime you'd like lots of ham (it freezes great!) grab a storebought spiral-sliced ham and make your own copycat Honeybaked ham!

smear mustard all over the ham. sprinkle on sugar, salt, chili powder, and cinnamon

bake the ham covered, then uncovered, until heated through and glazed to perfection.

that's it! use leftovers for sandwiches, chopped into quiche, or anything else you love!
