Slow Cooker Al Pastor Bowls

Enjoy some delicious al pastor at home with the help of your slow cooker! Tender, shredded pork with pineapple that is perfect in a taco or burrito bowl. YUM.

First: 

Blend the ingredients for the marinade into a smooth sauce. This can be done in advance!

Cover pork chunks with the marinade and slow cook for 6 hours on LOW (until just barely tender).
