01 broil peppers until blackened
02 peel the peppers and chop them up
03 brown ground chicken with onion and garlic
04 add spices, beans, and the peppers
05 add stock and simmer for a few minutes
06 top with cheese and serve!
once they're roasted, peel and chop them. this can be done in advance!
mostly pantry ingredients that you already have on hand! ground chicken saves cooking time.
ground chicken works great here, but sub leftover shredded chicken to save even more time!
cilantro, fresh jalapeno, cheese, and lime wedges are all yummy on top of this chili!
