recipe instructions:

puree all of the filling ingredients in a food processor until light and smooth. taste and add more salt or pickle juice to your preference. fill the deviled eggs, and serve!

other tips:

make these in advance by storing the egg white halves and filling separately. scoop the filling into the eggs right before serving so nothing gets messed up in transport.
