Ingredients
Scale
- 1/2 cup fresh dill
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon honey
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a small food processor or blender until pureed. Taste, and adjust seasonings to your preference. Add more olive oil or a splash of water if the dressing is too thick.
- Serve with your favorite salad!
Notes
- Use the herb stems - they taste great and will get pureed with the rest of the dressing.
