Parmesan Dill Vinaigrette


  • Total Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup fresh dill
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon honey

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small food processor or blender until pureed. Taste, and adjust seasonings to your preference. Add more olive oil or a splash of water if the dressing is too thick.
  2. Serve with your favorite salad!

Notes

  • Use the herb stems - they taste great and will get pureed with the rest of the dressing.
