- Soooo very glad you liked the easy asparagus casserole from yesterday! It is seriously great, and such a great one to add to your Thanksgiving plan. BUT, if you need something simple and delicious for this weekend, these slow cooker white beans are so delicious - from three years ago, tried and true, and so wonderful for this time of year. Make a big batch this weekend and munch on them all week!
- Things I Never Thought I'd Say: "Beck, please do not put that golf ball in your bottom. Play with it like a normal person. You could put it in that cup and then dump it out!"
- Oh dear LORD want to make these Buffalo Brussels. Vegetarian!
- We are getting a new bed this weekend! Upgrading to a King which means we get new bedding which means I need an extra day this week to shop. So my question is: where do you like to buy bedding? My method is think of a color palette and find mix+match things at random stores to create my own look. It's fun! But I'd love some new stores to try this go-around. I might attempt to go to the mall. I also might not. But where online and in-person do you like to shop?
- Other than that! This weekend I have a conference today and tomorrow, and then Sunday we are spending.time.together. It has been an insane week, and while we definitely could fill the weekend with chores and work, we are making a concerted effort to NOT do that, except for the assembling of the bed, which will be a fun chore.
