Apple Mustard Slaw

Ingredients

  • 1/2 large head savoy cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 1 apple, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons whole grain mustard
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 pinch salt, plus more if needed

Instructions

  1. Whisk the mustard, vinegar, olive oil, and salt together in the bottom of a large bowl. Add the cabbage and apple and toss to combine.
  2. Taste the slaw, and season additionally with salt if desired. If the slaw seems dry, add a bit more olive oil.
  3. Enjoy!
