Yum, I love fish. To go with that, saute some veggies and onions quickly - you can use whatever you've got on hand!
Now, you could make the veggies and fish, steam some rice, and have a perfectly lovely meal.
But if you've got just a few more minutes, why not make some quick soy-based dressing and make Asian slaw?
Do that - you won't regret it.
