This, my friends, is what we've been leading up to all week. And, WHAT better main dish to combine with all our healthy sides than lean, flavorful protein with BEER SAUCE? Beer Sauce! They are so easy to make and you can top them however you like!
You'll need tortillas - small flour tortillas work best so people can make several different tacos with all the topping options!
For the fish, plan on about 1/2 filet per person. I used cod, but any firm white fish is great! I season the fish with cumin, chili powder, and salt.
If the pan is nice and hot the fish will be very crispy and moist on the inside - yum! Once you can see white on the edges of the fish, flip it and cook it for 2 or 3 minutes until completely cooked through.
