Peach Pico De Gallo
For this salsa, you'll need:
- 1/2 hot pepper (I had a red jalapeno)
- 1 cup canned or fresh peaches
- 1/2 small onion
- 1 large or 2 small tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon cilantro
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
