Doesn't that look delicious? I think so too! You can feel free to guess what the orange stuff is, but I'll let you know that it's one of my FAVORITE things to make, and I have a super easy (read: I cheat) way to make it.
What I CAN tell you is that the slaw on the left is super delicious and easy to make, and we're going to make it now!
Yogurt Slaw
This will make enough to serve as a side dish for about 4 people - it's delicious and easy and will last a few days in the fridge, so don't worry if you don't eat it all in one meal!
- 2 cups shredded cabbage (I used regular green cabbage, but savoy is great!)
- 2 tablespoons plain yogurt (nonfat, greek, whatever kind you like!)
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 clove minced garlic or 1 teaspoon garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon white or rice vinegar

That slaw sounds lovely. I bet it would even be tasty on a burger... yum!
Stay tuned tomorrow for what I like to eat it with!
